Where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to expect.

U.S. shipping rates

Orders of $150 or more ship free. The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

U.S. delivery times

Orders ship within the U.S. via UPS from Plano, Texas. Estimated delivery is typically 4–10 business days once the order has been processed. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also view it any time from your account.

Good to know

• Fragrances are classified as flammable goods, which can limit carrier options and add transit time on some routes.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Rare Scent Society is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• If a package is marked delivered but you can't locate it, contact us and we'll help as much as we can; lost or stolen packages must be claimed through the carrier.
